The design intention was to create a cohesive interior design with a not-so-vivid spatial sequence. Beginning with the narrow foyer approach to the big hall of the living room and segregation between dining & living space was the key.
Then came the bedrooms and personal spaces. All of which were uniquely designed by Nirmanik that represents each generation in the apartment. Using the materials to the bare minimum like a lot of Veneers & Laminate finishes with significantly fewer stones, using fabric and texture paints for softness and adding a touch of glass with metal for that modern sensitivity. The Interior Design of this apartment bagged Nirmanik Design Studio an award for the best residential interior as a budget makeover in the interior design practice in 2022.
